On August 5, 2023, Jay Jay Vina Company, in cooperation with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, organized a conference to promote labor laws and policies for all employees of the company.

The conference was attended by Tran Quoc Quan, Deputy Head of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Department of Quang Nam Province, Le Na Ly, Specialist of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Department of Quang Nam Province, Le Viet Tan, Human Resources Manager of Jay Jay Vina Company and all employees of the company.

At the conference, Mr. Quan  introduced the labor laws and policies of Vietnam, with a focus on the following topics: the rights and obligations of workers, labor contracts, wages, labor regulations, collective labor agreements, working hours, rest time, occupational safety and health, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, labor dispute resolution, strikes, and administrative penalties for labor violations.

Through the conference, the participants were able to ask questions about the labor laws and policies, and Mr. Quan was able to answer their questions and provide guidance on how to resolve common labor disputes.

The conference was a success, and it helped to raise the awareness, understanding, and compliance of labor laws and policies among the employees of Jay Jay Vina Company. It also helped to build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations within the company.
