JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate with the Sales team to check swatches and ensure accuracy before sampling.
Cut and send fabric samples according to customer requests.
Manage the sample development process and maintain an up-to-date sample tracking list.
Prepare fabrics and compile presentation materials, including collection books, hanger cards, A4 swatches, etc.
Communicate with selected buyers to confirm purchases, arrange payments, and issue invoices.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
No experience required; training will be provided upon hiring.
Hardworking, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Male candidates are preferred.
Good English communication skills are an advantage.
