1. Operate and monitor the production process:

Operate, adjust and maintain equipment and machinery in the production line.

Closely monitor the production process, ensure compliance with technical procedures and quality standards.

Detect and promptly handle incidents and deviations during the production process.

Record and fully report technical parameters, machine operation status and production results.

2. Improve and optimize the production process:

Research and propose solutions to improve the production process, increase productivity and product quality.

Participate in the design, manufacture and installation of new equipment and machinery.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvements and make adjustments when necessary.

3. Ensure occupational safety and industrial hygiene:

Comply with and guide employees to comply with regulations on occupational safety and industrial hygiene.

Check and maintain safety equipment, fire prevention and fighting.

Handle emergency situations, ensure safety for people and property.

4. Work related to quality management:

Check and evaluate product quality during the production process.

Coordinate with the quality management department to resolve issues related to product quality.

Participate in building and maintaining the quality management system.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate in Chemistry or have experience in Textile/Fabric/Fiber/Garment Dyeing

Have knowledge of production processes, machinery and equipment and quality standards.

Skills in operating, maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment.

Good problem solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Highly responsible, careful, meticulous and able to withstand work pressure.
