1. Production planning:

Analyze production needs based on orders, sales forecasts and factory production capacity.

Make detailed production plans for each stage (weaving, dyeing, finishing), ensuring the balance between raw materials, machinery and equipment and human resources.

Determine the completion time for each order and the entire production plan.

Make plans to purchase raw materials and consumables to meet production needs.

2. Production monitoring and coordination:

Monitor daily and weekly production progress, promptly detect and handle arising problems.

Coordinate with related departments (warehouse, production, engineering, quality) to ensure that the production plan is implemented on schedule.

Update information on production status, raw materials and delivery progress to related departments.

Evaluate and adjust production plans as needed to meet changes in orders or production conditions.

3. Data management and reporting:

Update and manage data on production plans, production schedules, raw materials and related information.

Prepare periodic reports on production status, delivery schedules and issues.

Analyze data and propose solutions to improve production processes and increase operational efficiency.

4. Other tasks:

Coordinate with other departments to resolve production-related issues.

Participate in the development and improvement of production management systems.

Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

University graduates in majors related to production management, economics, textile engineering.

Communicate in Chinese/English/Korean (male preferred)

Experience working in the field of production planning, candidates with experience in the textile dyeing industry are preferred.

Knowledge of textile dyeing production processes, warehouse management and quality management.

Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and production management software.

Good analytical, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to withstand high work pressure.
