Recruitment process

The recruitment process at JayJay Vina is as follows:

Step 1: APPLY FOR A JOB

Candidates can apply through the following channels:
1. Submit directly your resume at Jay Jay Vina 
2. Submit your resume via the recruitment email of Jayjay.tuyendung@gmail.com
3. Apply directly via Website

Step 2: RECEIVE AND SELECT RESUME/ CV

HR dept will review the application and select the candidates that match the criteria recruitment. If the profile is not suitable, we will be saved and contacted again for future vacancies.

Step 3: RECRUITMENT INTERVIEW

Each vacancy will have a different the number of interviews rounds

During the interview, the Company will check some information in the profile and evaluate the candidate's suitability with the vacancy.

Step 4: NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS TO THE CANDIDATES

Time for notification of interview results is 7-10 working days.

After the Board of Directors reviewed and approved, HR Dept will notify the candidate of the recruitment results via email or personal phone number, negotiate with the candidate about the date of receiving the job and send offer letter to them. 

For candidates who have not passed the interview, HR dept will announce the results and send a thank you letter.
