To foster creativity and strengthen the bond among employees, JayJay Vina successfully organized a video creation contest themed "JayJay Vina - Where Inspiration Ignites". The contest took place from February 2 to 22, 2024, and attracted enthusiastic participation from various departments within the company.

With creativity and meticulous preparation, the contest videos revolved around the theme "Be Stronger Together", presenting unique perspectives on JayJay Vina, from its dynamic and professional working environment to meaningful team bonding activities. The jury highly appreciated the diverse content, high-quality visuals and audio, and meaningful messages conveyed by the videos.

The final results of the contest are as follows:

• First Prize: Wave team
• Second Prize: Sales dept. and QC dept.
• Third Prize: HR Admin im-export team, Coating dept., and  Warehouse dept.

The contest was awarded at the Team Building Program Gala Lunch (February 24, 2024) in a joyful and warm atmosphere. Mr. Han Jung Min – General Director congratulated the winning teams and acknowledged the efforts of all participating groups.

The Video Creation Contest was a great success, contributing to fostering creativity, dynamism, and unity among the departments and JayJay Vina as a whole.
