On April 1, 2023, the Trade Union of Jay Jay Co., Ltd. held the first Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028 to evaluate the results of the Trade Union's operation for the term 2022 and decide on directions and tasks. trade union activities in the first semester, next term.

Attending and directing the Congress were Mr. Tran Van Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Economic Committee of Quang Nam Economic Zones and Industrial Zones; On the company side, there were Mr. Han Jung Min - General Director, Mr. Shin Dong Seok - Production Director together with comrades in the provisional Board of Directors and more than 40 members who are official delegates.

During the last term, the Trade Union has received the timely attention and direction of the upper-level Trade Union along with the efforts of all Jay Jay employees. The trade union has actively participated in the development of regimes and policies directly related to the rights and interests of employees. Strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of regimes and policies in accordance with law; well perform the role of representative and protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees. In addition, Jay Jay Vina Trade Union has also successfully completed the launching of labor emulation movements to complete production and business tasks assigned by the Board of Directors, actively participating in the Company's activities. With the results achieved in the last term, the Congress set out goals and tasks for the term 2023-2028, with many specific targets that were highly agreed by the delegates. The Congress elected the Executive Committee of Jay Jay Vina for the first time, term 2023 - 2028 including 05 comrades; Comrade Vo Thanh Tam - Production Manager was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Communist Party of Vietnam, term I, term 2023 - 2028.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Tran Van Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Economic Committee of the Trade Union of Economic Zones and Industrial Zones in Quang Nam province highly appreciated the results achieved in the trade union activities in the last term.
