Jay Jay Vina held the establishment of the Grassroots Union

On 30th June, 2022 Jay Jay Vina Co., Ltd held a ceremony to establish the grassroots Trade Union.
Attending the ceremony were Mr Nguyen Ky Vinh Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial Trade Union of Economic and Industrial Zones, Mr. Han Jung Min – President of Jay Jay vina Co.,LTD and more than 100 members and employees of the Company.
With the attention, support and guidance of the Trade Union of Quang Nam Economic and Industrial Zones and the Company's Board of Directors, the Union of Jay Jay Vina Co., Ltd. was established with 108 members. The Interim Trade Union Executive Committee consists of 5 members, of which Mr. Vo Thanh Tam holds the position of President of the Trade Union.
The Interim Executive Committee has accepted the task, promised to unite, determined to build a stronger and stronger Trade Union, perform well the task of acting as a bridge between employers and employees, building develop operating regulations, promote the role of representatives to take care of the welfare and spiritual life of members, and cultivate a harmonious, stable and progressive labor relationship.
Mr Nguyen Ngoc Toan is employee of pading department shared that: “Today is an important for myself and my colleagues. The day the company's trade union was established and we were admitted to the organization, this made us so excited to look forward to the upcoming activities of the union”.
The launch of the grassroots union Jay Jay vina Co., Ltd. helps to take care of and protect the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of employees. help union members have conditions to participate in emulation movements, cultural activities, physical training and sports, motivated to strive to complete all assigned tasks.
